An open plan inside dining area comfortably seats six guests around a traditional table . This is a dining area without being formal, it is a space flooded with modern lighting where guests can share a meal in comfortable surroundings.
If you prefer to dine alfresco style, simply cross the threshold onto the undercover terrace. A relaxing dining space shaded in readiness for the mid day temperatures. Friends and family can gather around the dining chairs to share delicious Greek delights. Lots of the local tevernas provide takeaway. As evenings draws, lanterns and candles are lit for sunset cocktails, chilled glasses of wine with the glistening of the sea and mountain lights in the background

Relaxed and fun living. The lounge area is a comfortable and casual space with truly amazing views of the mountains, the ocean and the far reaching islands. A cozy sofa, ready for you to relax after a long day lazing in the summer sun. Fully equipped with flat screen TV, DVD, bluetooth speaker and CD player. A full DVD and CD library are available for guests to enjoy.
Preparing
The kitchen, a perfect place for preparing, snacking and chatting. The kitchen is open plan , spacious, and fully equipped to a high standard. Friends can gather, pull up a stool and share a glass of wine. It is a minimal, easy to maintain space and a pleasure to cook in. marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances . The Upstairs
The Master bedroom opens on to the balcony with divine sea views and bistro table & chairs . It has a sumptuous king size bed and fitted wardrobes with lots of hanging space. It also enjoys the stunning views of the mountains from the window at the side, giving a real sense of space.

The front view
The second upstairs bedroom comes with an additional private balcony to the front of the property. This has a bistro table and chairs provides yet another place to look at the truly stunning views that the villa has to offer.

The recently reburbished shower room provides a modern space to get ready. With hotel quality showering and constant flowing hot water. Quality cotton towels and flannels are provided for bathing . and also for bathing around the pool and on the beach... enabling you more room in your luggage for personal toiletires
For those that prefer groundfloor living, the twin room downstairs with adjoining bathroom provides all the same facilities as the first floor rooms

The poolside and balconies
The Poolside is an important outside space that is a natural extension of the villa. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture provides an area for guests to relax under the shade of an umbrella or in the sun whilst enjoying the truly amazing views. A place to unwind, to read, sip cocktails and take in thr tranquility of the surrounding area.
The road leading to the villa is a shared unadopted road. Please be respectful of your neighbours and only park on the villa drive, to keep the narrow road outside free. The car parking area is immediatley outside the Villa front door.
Please note: Children staying at the villa should be supervised at all times. They should never be left unattended , particulary on the balconies and the poolside. The swimming pool is 10 x 5m.
The pool is accessed by a ladder. Inflatables are only used at the guests own resposibility. Diving in the pool is strictly forbidden.
A built in BBQ is provided for guests use. Please be mindful of the surrounding foilage if using the BBQ. Do not use during times of high winds and high alert dry times
