Hello from us at Villa Pavlena . We are Martyn and Paula and we first discovered the beautiful island of Kefalonia and its fishing village Katelios in 2012. We fell in love with the place and its beautiful people so much that they decided to buy a home there.
Villa Pavlena, in Ano Katelios, is a 3 bed rustic stone villa at the base of the hills with the most breathtaking views of both sea and mountains from every angle
We love the island so much we even got married there, so anyone thinking of taking the plunge, I can point you in the right direction for your perfect wedding day……… it really was idyllic and would recommend to anyone.
The villas are managed and run by myself Paula and our honorary family member, our lovely Estate Manager Vikki. From initial contact with me, right through to departure you will be looked after by myself and Vikki, keeping you safe, happy and informed along the way.
We will ensure that every moment of your holiday is looked after and you can relax knowing that there is a friendly person only a phone call and a short car ride away.

new partners in 2021
In 2021 we decided to change a few things... one thing was to buy another Villa in the lovely Katelios, villacyclamino.co.uk on the other side of the village and the other was to invite our good friends the Moores to become co-owners of Villa Pavlena. For now, Lorraine and Paul will be silent partners, and things will stay exactly the same. Myself being the main point of contact. Lorraine and Paul first visited Katelios with us in 2019 and fell in love with the charm straight away. Paul and Martyn have been the best of friends since Primary school, (YES, REALLY THAT LONG) and we cant think of anyone better to share Pavlena with. When the time is right, Lorraine and Paul will take over Pavlena. However, for the foreseable future we will keep things as they are.
